8/4/2018 3:14:42 PM When it was scanning "OneDrive" it noticed pcmatic was on it ans asked to download. first time i just left it aloan but just stopped scnning. i just restarted and when it got to thesamescann of ONEDRIVEicanceled download and itcompleted scanning and gotto this section. what is the fix for this

8/26/2015 11:44:04 PM It's OK but I have had my challenges with it. I'm 70 yrs. old so I don't understand computer language but twice this year I had to take it to the Geek Squad because I could not Log On here at home. It kept telling me I didn't have Internet but I did because I checked with my provider each time. As soon as I was in Best Buy and the Geek Squade logged on they had an immediate connection! ???? Then when I brought it back home it works fine for several months. I don't understand why it does that and I've never gotten a satisfactory answer from the Geek Squad. Not one that I could understand or made sense to me anyhow.

3/23/2021 10:50:32 AM I'm still not sure if my computer is protected or not because after I installed your program, it asked for my e-mail and my password. The password you said was very weak & I added more characters to get it up to weak. So I did not remembeer it, and had to go find where I wrote it down. After getting back to my computer, it did not take the passwork and everytime I tried to go back to the program, it kept wanting me to install it again, but to continue, I was supposed to turn off the program that I had already done. So I am still not sure thaaaaaat it is completely installed or not.
